We collect specific information about you, such as: name, e-mail, telephone and personal feedback regarding our newsletter, which are provided to us upon registration in one of the forms available on the website.

Name, email and telephone information is collected in order to contact you in order to fulfill your requests on our website.
We also collect information from the company where you work for statistical analysis of corporate adherence to our services. This, together with your personal feedback regarding our newsletter, helps us to target more and more relevant content to our users.

VI. Who is my information shared with?

We share user data with third-party companies that provide services for our Company, such as payment processing, email services, hosting services, and customer service and support.

VII. How long will my information remain in the possession of Instituto Aço Brasil?

Your information is stored in our database during your active registration period on the website. You can request the deletion of your registration, and consequently the deletion of your information, following the instructions described in item XI.

VIII. Where is my information physically stored?

Your information is stored in our database, more precisely on a server that is physically located in the city of Porto Alegre/RS – Brazil.

IX. How can I update my information?

To request updating of their information, the user must use the site’s contact form, available at this link, or send an email to acobrasil@acobrasil.org.br, communicating the wish to update their personal data.

X. How can I get a full report of the information Instituto Aço Brasil has about me?

You have the right to receive a report containing all the information we hold about you. To do this, just send an email with the subject “Request to report my information” to acobrasil@acobrasil.org.br, preferably using the same email address used to register on the site as a sender, identifying yourself with a name complete and registration email on the website (in cases where the sender is not the email registered on the website).

This information is necessary for us to apply the authentication process and identify you as the legitimate owner of the information.

We reserve a period of up to 15 working days after your request for you to receive a complete report of your information.

XI. How can I revoke permission to process my information?

You have the right to revoke permission to process your information at any time. As you revoke this permission, your registration on the site will be inactivated and your information deleted from our database.

To revoke, just send an email with the subject “Request to delete my information” to acobrasil@acobrasil.org.br, preferably using the same email address used to register on the site as a sender, identifying yourself with full name and registration email on the website (in cases where the sender is not the email registered on the website).

This information is necessary for us to apply the authentication process and identify you as the legitimate owner of the information.

We reserve a period of up to 15 working days after your request for your information to be deleted from our database.

XII. How will I be aware of updates made to this Privacy Policy?
